Nuova Libra guarantees confidentiality of subscribers’ details pursuant to Leg. Dec. 196/2003. In relation to the same article, the user has the right to request the deletion, transformation to anonymous form or blocking of personal information, if held in violation of the law, and to oppose its use for legitimate reasons.
Information provided by the user
Nuova Libra receives and archives the information that the user enters on the website or provides to Nuova Libra in another way.

When the user registers for the service, Nuova Libra requests some basic contact information, such as name, street address and e-mail address.
- Ordering data:
When the user orders publications via the service, Nuova Libra collects information on purchase and address or billing, including credit card number and expiry date.

Nuova Libra may collect additional information at other times, such as when the user provides feedback, changes personal details or e-mail preferences, responds to a survey or contacts Nuova Libra customer care.

Nuova Libra receives and archives determined types of information each time the user interacts with Nuova Libra via the website.
- Configuration, identification and location of computer and devices:
Nuova Libra automatically receives and records information from the user’s browser, including IP address, name and ID of the computer, mobile device or other devices, operating system, browser type and version, CPU speed, connection speed and information on the location based on the IP address obtained via GPS or similar functions of the mobile device or other devices.
- Reference data, clickstream and interaction with the website:
Nuova Libra may also record the URL from which the user accessed the website, the clickstream before and after the website and other traceability information.
- E-mail address and opening rates:
In order to make e-mail messages more relevant and interesting and to ensure receipt of the publications ordered by the user, Nuova Libra often receives confirmation when the user receives and/or opens the e-mail message. Nuova Libra also collects information on offline readers.
- Installation of software, downloading of files and access to publications:
When the user downloads digital publications or other files from the website, Nuova Libra may record the time each file transfer begins and ends and any errors interrupting the transfer. The Nuova Libra software also records whether the user has downloaded or accessed a given publication.
